Hiller Psychology does not currently use an online contact form.
If you choose to contact Hiller Psychology by email or telephone, you may provide information such as your name, contact details, information about your child, and a brief description of the reason for your enquiry.
Please avoid sending detailed medical, psychological or other sensitive information by ordinary email unless this has been specifically requested.
Information provided in an initial enquiry will be used to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange an initial consultation.
If you become a patient
If you decide to proceed with psychological services, relevant information from your enquiry may become part of the patient record.

Enquiries that do not proceed
If an enquiry does not result in psychological services being provided, information relating to the enquiry will normally be retained for up to 12 months after the last contact and will then be securely deleted, unless there is a legal or professional reason for retaining it for longer.
If an enquiry is made only by telephone and no information is recorded, there is no record to retain.
